Fuduku P.I. Agency Ltd. provides private investigation and ethical hacking services using unconventional means strictly authorized by the client. All operations are carried out under the explicit consent of the client. The company shall not be held liable for any criminal activity engaged in by the client before, during, or after the provision of our services.

2. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. All client communications and service interactions are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

3. Refund Authorization

All refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be authorized solely at the discretion of Fuduku P.I. Agency Ltd. Decisions are made based on:

  • The progress or completion of the agreed work.

  • The specific circumstances of the case.

  • The level of resources and time already invested.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund will not be issued if:

  • The client fails to complete the agreed payment.

  • The client does not review or approve the completed work within the agreed timeframe.

  • The service has been fully delivered as agreed.
